These Terms of Sale govern the intelligent business process automation services (Accounting automation, HR automation, Social media, AI assistant, Real estate, Your need), audit, consulting and support services offered by INVAIST.
Every service is subject to a prior quote valid for 30 days. The contract is formed when the quote is signed.
INVAIST undertakes to deploy the first operational pilot workflow in under 3 weeks from approval of the quote and receipt of the necessary information.
Solutions developed by INVAIST remain its exclusive property. Deliverables are licensed under a non-exclusive right of use for the term of the contract.
